The new Samurai Shodown will launch worldwide in early summer, SNK announced during the Evo 2019 title lineup announcement.

 

Samurai Shodown will be playable for the first time at PAX East 2019, which runs from March 28 to 31 at the Boston Convention Center.

Skullgirls 2nd Encore

Skullgirls 2nd Encore will launch digitally for Xbox One and Switch this spring, publisher Skybound Games is also selling a physical limited edition box for Switch, which includes a Switch controller skin, Skullgirls 2nd Encore original soundtrack on a 12-inch vinyl record and more!

The Switch version of Skullgirls 2nd Encore also will be playable at PAX East.

Blade Arcus Rebellion from Shining shows details about Mission Mode, Training Mode, and Art Gallery thanks to Sega. Blade Arcus Rebellion from Shining is due out for PlayStation 4 and Switch on March 14 in Japan.

Guilty Gear 20th Anniversary Pack, previously announced as Guilty Gear 20th Anniversary Edition, will launch for Switch in Europe, Japan, and Asia on May 16, but developer Arc System Works announced there no plans to release the pack in the Americas. As previously announced Guilty Gear 20th Anniversary Pack includes both the original Guilty Gear and Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R in one package. In America, both games will be released separately digitally without the Limited Edition Items and the original Guilty Gear will also be released for PlayStation 4 and PC.

Dead or Alive 6 Deluxe Demo, DLC character Mai Shiranui from The King of Fighters join the battle this June as a guest character alongside another King of Fighters combatant who has yet to be announced. The fighters will be sold separately, but will also be included in Season Pass 1. Dead or Alive 6’s initial Season Pass will be available for purchase on March 1 and will also include 62 new costumes: “Dead or Alive 6 Happy Wedding Costumes Vol. 1″ and “2,” “Dead or Alive 6 New Costumes Set Vol. 1″ and “2,” and additional character costumes for the two SNK fighters. Season Pass bonuses will also feature new NiCO and Nyotengu costumes.

The Deluxe Demo will be exclusive to PlayStation Plus subscribers through the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Gold members through the Microsoft Store and will be playable on from February 22 to 24 (JST). The upcoming demo will consist of online Ranked and Lobby matches, as well as Free Training, Tutorial, Command Training, Combo Challenge, and an introduction to Story mode. The Demo will feature all 24 characters available at launch and all hairstyles and glasses will be available for each of the playable characters.

Jade, is back returning as a playable character in Mortal Kombat 11, publisher Warner Bros. Jade is a master assassin with her iconic green attire, now resurrected, she serves as an undead Revenant. Death hasn’t slowed Jade down, but he did steal away some of her combo potential though.

Tekken 7 downloadable content Julia and Negan will launch on February 28, Bandai Namco announced that Julia will cost less then Negan will individually.

QNU – IF MK 11 Jump Force

 

Bandai Namco has released the first official trailer of Jotaro Kujo and Dio from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure in its upcoming crossover fighting game Jump Force.

Jump Force is due out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 14 in Japan, and PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on February 15 in the Americas and Europe.

Arc System Works has released new information and screenshots of Kill la Kill the Game: IF, revealing the previously teased game-original “Junketsu Shinzui” costume for protagonist Satsuki Kiryuin and alternate style Ryuko Matoi along with Ragyo Kiryuuin, Nui Harime and alternate style Ryuko Matoi as playable characters.

“Junketsu Shinzui” is a new costume for Satsuki Kiryuin that will debut in Kill la Kill the Game: IF. Look forward to other new playable characters like Satsuki Kiryuin and Dual Wielding Ryuko Matoi. In addition to their standard style versions, different versions of Ryuko Matoi and Satsuki Kiryuin will appear as playable characters.

In these variations, Ryuko wields the Rending Scissors recovered from Nui.

While Satsuki wields the Bakuzan-Kouryu a wakizashi reforged from the longer piece of the broken Bakuzan and Bakuzan-Gako the shorter portion of the broken Bakuzan that has been reforged into a tanto.

 

Ragyo Kiryuuin

Satsuki’s mother and the President of Honnouji Academy. She is also the CEO of the international apparel company Revocs.

Nui Harime

The Grand Couturier of Revocs. She refers to herself as “boku” which is usually used by younger boys. She claims that she has murdered Ryuko’s father and holds the other half of the Scissor Blade.

Kill la Kill the Game: IF is due out for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC worldwide in 2019.

Kano, who first appeared in the original Mortal Kombat and D’Vorah, who first appeared in Mortal Kombat X, will return as playable characters in Mortal Kombat 11 along with Kabal, who first appeared in Mortal Kombat 3.
